About Us
Jim Froese is a man with a mission—to bring families and friends together for some good-old fashioned fun—without a computer or a television screen to get in the way!
Back in 2000, Jim quit the 9-5 grind and pursued the American dream of having his own business … and Jimbo Enterprises was born. He decided to create a unique board game as his first product. Jim was always close to his father, and drew upon his father’s experience selling medical supplies to doctors to come up with the idea for the game.
Then he talked to friends and family about their medical experiences and decided Hospital would be a cycle of life game – looking at all the things that happen from childhood to old age. He even used the names of some of his relatives for the characters in the game.
